Tim Goyder | Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Goyder has over 40 years’ experience in the resource industry. The Company’s Non-Executive Chairman and major shareholder, Tim is a Perth-based mining investor with a strong record of successful investment and value creation in the Australian and International resources sector. He is experienced in all facets of the exploration and mining industries both in Australia and internationally and has a thorough understanding of the Australian global equities markets having raised significant capital on the ASX during his career. He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly listed companies and is currently the Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited, Chairman of DevEx Resources Limited and Non-Executive Director of entX Limited.
Luke McFadyen | Managing Director
FAusIMM, MSc, MBA, B.Com, BSc
Mr McFadyen is a mining industry executive with 15+ years’ experience across several commodities (copper, nickel, gold, graphite, aluminium and iron ore) and has worked in multiple jurisdictions (Australia, Singapore, Brazil and Mozambique). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) holds a Masters of Mineral and Energy Economics and MBA from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and Bachelor of Science from Notre Dame University. Mr McFadyen has previously worked at OZ Minerals, Syrah Resources, South32, BHP, KPMG and Deloitte.
Emma Scotney | Non-Executive Director
LLB(Hons), BA, GAICD
Ms Scotney has a background in corporate law and is an experienced non-executive director who has provided advice across multiple industries on an extensive range of critical matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, private and public mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, international supply agreements, royalty agreements, capital raisings, ASX listing rules and ASIC policy. In addition to her legal experience, Emma has strong commercial, business and financial acumen with over 25 years of combined experience in mining, agricultural and property industries and also serves as Non-Executive Director for Santana Minerals (ASX:SMI) and De Grey Mining Limited (ASX:DEG).
Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Advanced Diploma in Management (Strategy and Finance), and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David Ross Richards | Non-Executive Director
BSc (Hons), MAIG
Mr Richards is a geologist with over 40 years’ experience in mineral exploration in Australia, Southeast Asia and eastern Africa. His career includes exploration and resource definition for a variety of deposit styles, and he led the team that discovered the Kathleen Valley and Buldania lithium deposits in Western Australia, as well as the multi-million ounce, high grade Vera-Nancy gold deposits in North Queensland. He was the founding Managing Director of Minerals 260 (2021 – June 2023) and the Managing Director of Liontown Resources Limited from 2010 to 2021 and Glengarry Resources Limited from 2003 to 2009. Mr Richards is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Woomera Minerals Limited.
Stacey Apostolou | Non-Executive Director
B.Bus, CPA
Ms Apostolou is a Finance Executive with over 30 years’ experience working at senior levels in the Australian Resources sector. She is currently the General Manager – Corporate at DevEx Resources Limited and a non-executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited. Ms Apostolou holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of CPA Australia.
Jamie Armes | Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
B.Bus, CA
Mr Armes brings over 20 years’ experience in finance and corporate governance, having served as Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller for several ASX-listed companies, predominantly in the mining and exploration sector. Mr Armes is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Tasmania.
Matthew Blake | Exploration Manager
BSc, Bsc, MAIG
Mr Blake has over 15 years’ experience in mineral exploration working in multiple jurisdictions across Australia and West Africa. His career includes exploration and resource definition for a variety of commodities including lithium, base metals, gold, uranium, and iron ore. Mr Blake has previously held senior positions with Liontown Resources, Liatam Mining, Alita Resources, Cape Lambert Resources and Sinosteel Midwest Corp. He holds bachelor degrees in Applied Geology and Environmental Biology, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Brad Walker | Project Manager
Mr Walker is a highly experienced Project Manager and engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the mining and resources sector. Mr Walker has extensive experience managing and delivering precious and base metal projects throughout Australia and Africa. Mr Walker has previously held senior roles with OreCorp, Perseus Mining, Sandfire Resources, Resolute Mining, BHP and WMC.
